Default shirt discolored

I read it somewhere but couldnt find it. I pre pressed a hot pink shirt to get moisture out and it left a square on the shirt. Sorry for the newb question, I put on a vinyl script not a true transfer, just lettering. What did I do wrong? tks putter

Did the discoloration go away once the shirt cooled?

We do a lot of large foil applications over seams and sometimes we'll get the same problem - generally from too much heat and pressure on lighter weight fabrics. We just run them through our conveyor dryers a couple of times and the color becomes uniform again once they cool.

You could press the rest of the shirt to match.... I think that's the theory behind running a shirt thru the conveyor belt, to heat the rest of the shirt up, but if you don't have that machine, I have pressed red shirts all the way thru to make it match...
