Re: What is the best Inkjet T-Shirt Transfer Paper
Thanks so much for the info.....I have been going crazy....and going broke trying so many different papers....would you happen to know wher I can buy that paper?? Thanks again!!
Re: What is the best Inkjet T-Shirt Transfer Paper
There are several companies that sell it, but I believe the one most people here get the best price from is t-shirtsupplies.com. Also if you do a search at the top of this page in the search box for jpss (which is jetpro softstretch) you will find a ton of information on this paper, as it is the one that is most used by the members here for light color shirts.

I agree that JPSS is great paper. The paper is ever changing, but the best for now JPSS is the best. I think this form of apparel decoration has made great strides in the last 3 yrs. ..... JB

Yet another vote for Jetprosofstretch (also called JPSS here on the forum.)
BobbieLee is right, it seems the best pricing is usually at tshirtsupplies.com. Right now they are giving another 5% off if you sign up for their newsletter.
Some other suppliers are New Milford Paper, Coastal, Alpha Supply, and you can search JetproSofstretch suppliers on this forum or on Google to find more.
Sign up for the newsletters with the supplier if you are going to be keeping regular stock. If you get the emails, you'll know as soon as someone is holding a sale, and sometimes the sales are excellent (around 30% off). That really helps the bottomline.

Are you asking how much the polymer window (untrimmed part of the paper outside of the design) shows on a shirt?
The polymer coating will transfer to the shirt if you do not trim it away. JPSS does not show alot on white shirts.
That depends more on what shirt you are transferring to. For me, JPSS onto a Jerzees HW 50/50 (29) barely shows, if it does at all.
But on my Hanes Beefy tee 100 cotton, it shows alot more. Jerzees is the least, Hanes the most, and my Gildans 5050 is medium.
It is not offensive on any of the shirts tho... it's just that on the Jerzees, it's like it is not even there.
That info applies to white shirts only. For light color shirts, you will have to test if you leave it untrimmed or barely trimmed.
The polymer does not show up on some light colors, it does show on other light colors, and for some colors, especially heathers, it makes the shirt very dark where the polymer is.
There are threads with pics to all of these different types of shirts.
Search:
"Jpss bleach" to see the white shirts.
''Jpss ash" to see the heathers.
You can also try suppliers in the US and check out the fees to reach you. Good luck to you.
Awesome!! Thanks so much! Last time i ordered any sheets online it was from the states, and my "duty fee's" were just as much as the transfer sheets themselves. I'm gonna try this and let everyone know how it worked out for me, thanks again.

I've tried them all and I found that Gold Seal VersaLite Next Generation Inkjet Light Premium paper to work the best for me. You can peel it hot or cool. Once your shirt cools it can be washed and dryer dried immediately no waiting. So far I have had no problems with this paper. Great looking transfers.
