But on the Jetwear Dark I printed it reverse put it face down , pressed for 20 seconds at 375* and the design ...ain't happenin'... I'm doing something wrong... Do NON reverse and use a transfer tape? Been dsearching to find the answer and now I'm all screwed up... can ya help? Thanks in advance!

You have to print normal facing. Peel the opaque from the backing. Pre press the shirt for 5 to 10 seconds. Lay the opaque with printed side facing up. Cover it with parchment paper then press with the pressing time and temp per instructions. Peel the parchment after the transfer has cool down. I do press for 350 6 to 10 seconds. Otherwise it losses opacity on me.

Parchment paper is the kind you buy from a grocery store or baking supply store. It is cheaper than teflon and can be reused at least 10 times then throw it away. Make sure it is for baking. I picked up the wrong kind once that is made for deli. It does not work for heat pressing. Teflon sheet will some times pick up some of the ink and coating from the opaque and if you don't wipe it off or pay attention it can get transferred to another shirt.

If your image are in separate pieces then you need something to keep them together when the backing is peeled off. I use Magic Mask. If the image is in one piece you don't need it. Gently tear the corner of the backing paper then start peeling from there. Or you can use a weeding tool or a needle to pick and lift the corner of the opaque from the backing. Be careful when peeling it can fold inwards and the opaque will stick to itself. It does not have a pressure sensitive adhesive but it still can be damged that way.
