Hey guys,
I am ready to make a few purchases and would like to check in this forum before I set anything in stone.

I will be doing some transfers of old color photos onto cotton T's. The photos are very detailed, with several tones. I do not have the money for DTG, so I will be purchasing an Inkjet. I want to be able to transfer onto dark tees as well.

What is a quality and economical printer (if it exists)?
Which is the best paper for color tee's. And what sort of ink will serve my purpose? Is the stock ink okay?

Hello Evan, here are some suggestions:

Printer - The Epson Workforce 1100 (uses pigment inks)
Paper - Neenah is coming out with Imageclip paper for dark colors (imageclip for lite colors already exists)
Ink - Pigment ink for heat transfers
