i need a press fixed... i think the heating element is bad on one of mine

Question i need a press fixed... i think the heating element is bad on one of mine

if anyone knows how to repair/or a good place that repairs heat presses please let me know i have one that is not that old but the heating element? is bad on it...

What brand do you have. If it's from one of the majors, the heating elements have at least a 10 year warranty.

have a geo knight press it comes on but will not heat up do someone no how i can fix it of where i can purchase the parts so i can have someone local to fix it for me to expense to have it shipped back to the factory

normally this is not a DIY project or likely to get a local shop that would have the right parts. I doubt the manufacturer ...if a major brand...will send you a heating element until they test the unit to make sure it is the heating element or a fuse (the Hix hobby lite for example has a fuse buried inside the press). If this is a chinese press, you may not be able to find the right parts
