Default Entry Level Cap Press

I have a nice 16 x 20 press that I acquired real cheap (ok for free!) which I have been using with great success for a year. I got it to supplement my sign business, both of which are sidelines (engineer full time). I have wanted to give caps a try for a while. I see these cheap cap presses on ebay for around $185.00, obviously they aren't anything like the Geo's and Hix's etc. But will they do the job for starters, allowing me to get a good cap press later when I have more cash to spend?

I would be reluctant to purchase a cheap press from e-bay. It just never seems to work out well.

The Might Press for caps is a good press. I ordered additional bottom platens for various sized hats (youth, unstructrued, etc.)

I also use my cap press for printing over-heart designs on polos....it really saves alot of time because I don't have to raise the design area to avoid the buttons. It also works well for sleeve designs, infant shirts, and other small or odd shaped items.

I suggest you go with a good cap press....as you can see, you'll be able to use it for more than just caps.
