I can fully understand that with a manual press, the best that can be done (as far as pressure) is a digital read out telling you "what" the pressure is.
On my Hotronix Draw, I closed the platen... cranked the knob until the digital readout showed me the pressure number I wanted.
However, I thiink GeoKnight missed the boat designing the DK20SP.
Being air powered, you turn a nob to adjust the air pressure, which in turn, controls the press pressure.
I wonder why they didn't automate this and become "king of the presses"?
Imagine being able to assign a preset button that not only recalled the Time and Temp (most digital presses do that)... but also pressure?
Since you are dealing with air pressure, all it would take is a digitally controlled regulator.
Since some transfer papers require different pressures, this would sure simplify the pressing process... and once you dialed in the perfect time/temp/pressure for a transfer paper, even your newest employee could duplicate the process.
Don't get me wrong... dialing in an air pressure will still be easier and more accurate than cranking down the platen manually and watching the numbers increase... but I think they could have "rocked the t-shirt press world" by making pressure settings digital.
Just my 2-cents.
