Hey, i am looking to start using heat transfer labels for my tees but i want to keep everythihng in house. 2 questions:
1. What is the best in quality and economically for my first press? All i will be doing is labels and small shoulder graphics.
2. is plastisol transfers my best bet? and will they work on black shirts?

Any name brand press or possibly a Sunie press is a good bet. Used is fine if it is in good working order. Good presses can last a long time.

Plastisols were the first type of transfer to come to my mind when I read your post, until you said "keeping it all in house". If you are okay with ordering your plastisols, they are a great quality product, the same quality as plastisol screen printed shirts, and they work great on dark shirts, including black.
