I'm sure it will tell on the tube.
I bought a different brand at one time for my household iron and I just squirted some on a dry old wash cloth and ironed over it until the gunk came off. The tube will explain what you should do for that product.

I'm pretty new to all of this so hopefully others will help out. It could be not enough pressure but I'm not sure. Fill us in more about what printer you used with what kind of ink. What kind of paper are you using and that may help to figure out the problem.

200 Celsius is 392 Fahrenheit so that sounds about right.

What kind of paper are you using?
The paper should have came with instructions? Did it?

If the Sunie he has is measured in Celsius, you're correct, however as I said, mine was Farenheit measurement therefore setting it to 200 will be 200F not 200C But again, I'm not sure if his model does both or what.
Metal? What do you mean "metal''? Is there no rubber pad on the bottom platen? If there is not, then you have an obstacle to over come right there. You will need to purchase a rubber pad for the lower platen.
Please advise if you meant to say "rubber pad", rather than metal.
