only issue is the price.... i want the better quality but the price difference is weighing in...

Re: about to purchase my 16x20 I've got the Mighty Press 16x20 digital and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I had a "chinese press" at one time and there's no comparison between the two.
Not knocking the "chinese made" presses as mine made me ALOT of $$$$$, but this Mighty Press is built like a tank.

Ultimately you'd be paying more for the convenience of a digital temperature readout and time. The pressure is measured and adjusted the exact same way and most of the parts are identical except for the powdercoat finish.
