Exclamation Heat Press not full heating anymore!!?

Hello I have a 15 X 15 Mighty Heat Press that I bought off of e-bay about 1 1/2 years ago.

The heat pad does not heat up to the full temperatrue any more. Even if I turn the knob all the way to 10, it only heats up to about 420- 450f !? What's up?

I don't want to replace this machine this soon is there a repair website or "fuse" I could get?

I would call Mighty Press. I believe the heating elements have a lifetime warranty. But it could also be your thermostat.

The Mighty Press will only heat to a maximum of about 450 degrees. What temperature are you trying to acheive? If you are having problems keeping the heat at a constant of 375 +/- It would think that it is the thermostat.
