Default Question about Heat Pressing on Sleeves

I'm interested in heat pressing on shoulders and sleeves.

Will the standard flat press accomplish this? I'm imagining trying with a flat press and ruining shirts by baking folds in.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Default Re: Question about Heat Pressing on Sleeves

There are teflon pillows made to slide into sleeves and then lay on the press.

Alternatively, you could buy a large thermal pad and cut it to your dimensions then back it with cardboard or a thin laser cut steel for rigidity and then slide that into your sleeves and onto the press.

One of the keys to either of these steps is having a press that can accomodate thicker items and adjust the pressure accordingly.
