Hi guys I'm new to the forum and I was given a heat press I believe and I was wondering if any of you could enlighten me a bit about it. So first of all I should warn you that I am brand new to this and I know nothing about printing and making shirts, but I am willing to learn.
So here is the problem that Ive ran into so far. I was given a heat press and I don't know anything about it. No model number and no brand name that I can see. What I do know is that it was purchased from China which gives my problem. The prongs on the power outlet do not match up with the ones we carry in the U.S. So I went to my local electronic store and picked up a converter for it. Now when I plugged it in all it does is BEEP constantly. No lights flash nothing lights up...all I get is a continuous beeping noise. Any one have any clues? Here are a few pictures of what I have. Any help would be great for me? I'm thinking that its a power problem and its not getting enough voltage? I've been told that I need to find an outlet that can put out 240v and that most laundry rooms would be able to work, but it did not work at my house.
Can anyone help ime with this press?
