Exclamation what is this material?*urgent
Hello, everyone, i got a tee shirt here, but i have no idea of what is material for the tranparent dot...

I think it was first printed by ink on shirt,as you can see the graphic, then you heat press a tranparent plastic paper, it is designed by dots,to cover the whole graphic,and it shows very gloss and shinny, it feels like very soft plastic...

does any body know that what is that material? PLSSSSSSSSSSS...
