Hmmm, I'd say that without more info you are probably pressing them to hard. Try to reduce the amount of pressure you are using and see if it helps. You might also want to post what vinyl you are using and perhaps the press and settings. May help in getting your answers... GL

Yep, this only happens to me when I have the pressure up too high.
Glue being pushed out under the vinyl??
