Default My CIS is allll messed up

I have an Epson C120 and lately the whole CIS has been all messed up. The black ink is either not printing at all or is really spacy. I have done the deep headcleaning and it fixes is for like 2 prints then goes back to not printing the black ink.

Am i supposed to be using the syringe and pulling ink to the actual cartridge through the little hole?

Please help.

Thanks

Just the standard 5 cartridge one. Got it off ebay.

For the C120

So I am supposed to be pulling ink to the cartridge with the syringe?

I havent had to do that with any other color just the 2 black slots.

Yes but what brand did you buy from or store?

I ask because I had a similar problem with my CIS.

Sometimes you have to prime the inks, or use the syringe pull the ink through the system. once it is in, it should just work.

Hopefully, you didnt get the ink through the same people. I didnt buy through ebay but ink companies are not all that legit.

try pushing all the inks back to your cis tanks untill none is left in the cartrige and repull through to the cartriges untill ink pulls into the syringe should clear any air.

I had a simbler prob on a epson d92 with cis it was not the cis what was wrong it was the print heads on the printer as i had done so many prints with it, no matter how many head cleans i did no joy. I just bought another d92 for what they cost and the cis worked great, just a thought

Imstall the Epson carts to make sure you don't have a printer issue.

I think its just done.

Nothing I do is working.

The banding is soooo bad

I tried the head alignment and everything i pulled out the ink and repulled it through and everything.

Nothing is working.

Weird... Didnt even get through half my ink in 1 CIS before it died.

Make sure the CIS box is on the same level as the printer, if it has not been then put it on the same level and have it clean the head till it has all cleared up. I had a similar problem and after I did all that it worked fine.

It must be bad cartridge. Make sure you contact the seller and ask for a new cartridge or perhaps you should go with refill cartridge like ufosystem
UFOSystem - Ink Refill Kit for Epson Pro 3800, 4880, 4800, Artisan, WorkForce, R280, R260, RX595, RX680, R380, 1400, R1900, R2880, NX100, NX200, NX300, NX400

or a better CIS like

I agree Leroy, InkRepublic can probably help. ebay purchases are shady to say the least, I wasted so much time on a bad CIS(not ebay) that there were no savings. Your time is gold so if they promise you it works and it doesnt return it and ask for your money back.

Good luck dealing with paypal or ebay to get a refund.
