 Flex/vinyl backing sheet is *really* sticky (leaves residue on shirt)
We're happy with our usual flex supplier, but certain areas of recent sheets we've used have left a sticky residue on the shirt itself. The backing sheet is slightly adhesive normally anyway, which is fine. But these very sticky patches mean we're having to wash the shirts before they get sent out.
The vinyl isn't left in direct sunlight, but we're wondering if the stickiness is some kind of "degrading", or maybe a manufacturer's problem?
