Has anyone done umbrellas on their heat press with transfers? Also, are there any umbrellas that will come apart so that you can press a larger area than just putting the corner on the press and using something small on there?

Umbrellas are usually done with pad printing.

I have seen umbrellas with large print and I didn't think you can do that with pad printing?

I sell Greek Paraphernalia and the Greek Umbrellas I order has very large Greek Crests on them and my supplier does them with pad printing.

Could be another way but I am not familiar with it.

I just asked my supplier and was told that umbrellas could be screen printed and heat pressed. He said he uses a large format pad printer to print mine but he has seen it done several ways. So I guess you are right they can be heat pressed but he didn't say how.
