i have this job on bidding on for some 100% poly baseball jersey form augusta. i will be printing the team name on the front, and the player number on the back. its a two color print for the team name, and a one color number. im thinking about getting transfers from transfer express(easy prints). they wanted the jerseys with buttons all the way down, but i talked them into getting the ones with just two buttons near the top collar. i wanted two screen print these but it seems like polyester can be a nightmare to screen print.

can anybody give me any advice on doing these, tips, and tricks; does and donts

I do them all the time...poly can be an issue if it is a dark color... ie red, royal, forest...if you dont use a poly ink cuz they can bleed. 2 buttons are good, I just use some cardboard to cover the platen and cut out a spot for the button area to fit into...dont get them too hot!
