Default Is a Steam Press ok for setting DTG ink?

Hi. I'm concidering a few options regarding DTG printing, and am wondering if a steam press like this...
Steam Press
...would have sufficient heat to set DTG inks?
Also wondering if steam from the press might help the colours brighten in any way?

DTG inks are water base. So what will happen when you suddenly introduce very hot vaporized water? Don't think I want to find out....

The key to a colorfast image is curing the ink by removing moisture. Steam will do the opposite.
