I am using Thermoflex but maybe its my set up.. I am having problems with it wanting to stick. I have my heat up to 300 and I leave it on 2-3 minuites before I pull the sticky plastic off but the thermoflex dosent want to stick very well. i actually peeled the letters off with a pair of tweezers with hopes that it would stick after i put the teflon sheet on and I leave that for 20 minuites but when I washed it all of the letters came off :-( does anyone have any tips or suggestions of what i may be doing wrong?

Where did you get your directions?

I follow these directions and have never had a problem:

ORDWAY SIGN SUPPLY - Heat Transfer Tech 2

Heat at 345
Press for 20 seconds
Pressure at medium to high
I rub it with a cloth until warm to the touch then peel

I've never had a problem with Thermoflex.

yeah never had a problem with thermoflex. I don't even use the suggested method, so I know you have plenty of play room with it.

Thermo is great... 350, 20 seconds, heavy pressure. I peel mine hot and have never had an issue.
