Default transfer paper outline

Hi all,
I know this topic has been discussed many times before, but for whatever reason I couldn't find the exact answer I was looking for. I am new to this, so thanks in advance for your patience. The transfer paper I am using right now is printed from my laser printer. I cut around the image/words within 1/8" and I can still see the outline of the paper around the image/words (especially if the image isn't fully "colored in"). Are there any transfer papers (other than plastisol) that won't leave this outline?

Thanks in advance for your help!
