Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
I am looking at the different heat transfer papers that coastal business is selling... and they have their own blue grid transfer and they also have something called jet dark 2 where they mention a blue grid also... The jet dark 2 is like 10 dollars cheaper than then coastal business type. I was wondering if anyone bought these and knew the difference...
I haven't either personally (I don't use any opaque papers at all anymore), but I imagine it's a factor of quality. The blue grid paper probably gives people better, more consistent results, so people recommend it more because it works better.
I have and like it much better then the blue grid, its smoother, and not as thick on the shirt, I like the way it feels, they both transfer the same.

Its really good compared to other papers, what I really like is when I remove the backing, its really easy to work with other papers are so fragile, and can stick to itself if not careful, I haven’t had this problem before, also I press it on denim
I just got some jet dark paper from coastal business. It has 5 orange lines in the back.. even though I read on their site that it was blue grid paper... maybe they have a mistake on their site.
I'll let you guys know how it worked out after I use it
