Default Does foil work on burnout shirts?

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone knows if heat transfers work with burnout tees. They are usually very thin and 50/50 so I am wondering if they will burn during a heat transfer. I am looking to screen print the adhesive and then apply foil using a heat press. I am also wondering how well this works since the shirt is so thin and maybe even has elasticity (since foil can't "stretch").
Thanks - Jeff

They shouldn't burn at transfer temperatures. I've been curious myself about pressing on burnouts. I ordered a couple to test on but for some reason they only shipped me one, my wife snagged it and I never pressed anything on it. The foil/stretch issue is an interesting question. Hopefully someone has tried it and will share.

Thanks for your input. Yea I would love to hear from someone who has tried it but I guess I could also test one before ordering a bunch of them.

I actually have had burnout tees foiled.. not sure what settings the printer used on the press but they came out great.

Yea I just did 100 shirts this past weekend. They came out good but I had to flash the foil glue and then hit it again to get a good enough base for the foil to catch everywhere and look solid.
