the image seems to stick with the peel as I peel it off.

epson printer (so its nothing with the ink)
have it set to 375 with 15 seconds.
peel it right away.

it seems to be inconsistent for me. either it will stick to the peel when I peel it off. or the peel would stick to the shirt... please help me with any tips or advice!.

Will did you pre-press because that seems to cause the problem you are describing. You must pre-press for 3 to 5 seconds. Lou

If you're in a cold room, that also makes a difference. The paper will cool faster than you can get it off.

I sometimes have that kind of trouble if I don't use enough pressure.
(after pre pressing of course)

Start peeling as soon as you lift the press. See badalou's great video how-to.
