Default Heat Pressing Letters? Time/Temp?

i have iron-on letters and want to use them with a heat press, does anyone know what tep i should i use and time for pressing?

who did you get them from or can you show pics it is hard to tell if you dont know what kind of transfer (vinyl,plastisel and so on)..

got them from joAnn's, it just says iron with pressure for 25-45 seconds, so i'm figuring low temp(and since i'm not use to the heat press, i'm not sure exactly what is considered low temp) and maybe just 20 seconds since its a heat press and not an iron??

I would try 350 for 10 seconds and then go from there and see if you need to make changes..

just wanted to tell you that i did the temp and time you gave me and it worked like a charm, they looked great...however, it was hard to line them up so i won't use them too much! thank you as always!
