Default what set up are you using

hi,
I'm new here and i want to heat transfer some shirt soon.
A good place for me to start would be to know what you are using in term of heat press,plotter,paper etc...

Any advice are welcomed

I have A 16x20 National heat press,epson 1400 printer,JPSS heat transfer paper,Us Cutter laser point 24" vinyl cutter and so on ..
