We have done cad-cut numbers on jerseys before, but we always ask that the garment be new. Customer wants to bring in 50/50 soccer jersey that are already washed. Will the cad-cut numbers stick? thanks in advance for any help.

It should stick (should being the key word here). We normally tell the customer this to let them know that we will not be held responsible if it doesn't. We haven't had one returned to us in over 2 years, so I guess it works.

i agree with kenny that it should work fine. i would be sure to pre-heat the garment, maybe twice, to be sure it's as "accepting" as possible to the film being pressed. i also charge customers double our normal decoration price if they bring in their own garment. good luck.

there should NOT have been any fabric softener
some people really over use the stuff and it can cause problems.
I would also have a disclaimer
