Default Flex lettering coming of linen

We did linen marking for a company with flex and applied it with the heatpress. There were no problems with the first batch of linen that we did. To make it easier for the company, they decided to now iron the linen marking onto the linen. They are also now also using a laundry service to do their linen. The flex lettering is now coming off the linen. Could this be due to the heat of the tumble dryer or because of the ironin process, or a combination of both. Anybody got some ideas or info for me, please.

The problem with using an iron is there is nowhere near the same pressure as a heat press. You need the pressure + heat to apply the vinyl correctly. A tumble drier could cause the flex to come off esp if it has not been applied correctly in the first place.
Stick to applying with a heat press and maybe swop to a vinyl that can take higher temperatures.
