Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
Hi, I am also needing advice on the oki printer from magic touch. Any advice on whether to buy it from magic touch or printerland where it works out cheaper as the inks are only 30% full with magic touch. I am not sure whether or not the added driver for the different types of paper which magic touch have added is worth paying the extra for. I have bought a sublimation printer with software which was meant to make the printing quality better for different products but i have tried it on all settings for the same product and the quality doesnt change. I dont want to wast my money again!

I have been using Oki printer for a variety type of laser transfers without problems. I even use compatible toners after the oem ran out. You can do your own color adjustment with color correct utility that comes with the printer. The thing you have to watch for is the type of transfer. Make sure the transfer is compatible with non-oil fuser and will not melt on the hot fuser.
