Default Pressure for JPSS

Hi All,

What pressure should I use with JPSS? I pressed a shirt the other day at 375 deg for 30 seconds, and the edges didn't stick at all when I peeled the backing paper. I've had this problem before, which is why I've stayed away from JPSS, but it's cheaper and supposed to be longer lasting.

By the way, I used a teflon sheet and peeled right away. Should I have waited a few seconds?

Thanks,

Paintergirl

I use heavy pressure and peel right away.
(with teflon on the top)

I also pre-press the shirt for about 5-8secs to get rid of the moisture. (no teflon of course)
...are you pre-pressing?

Yes I do. I haven't been using much pressure though. Maybe that is my problem.

Thanks,

where did you get your paper from?? The instructions did not come with it? I've purchased from 3 vendors so far and all 3 included instruction for heavy pressure.

As much heavy pressure as possible, and nothing left on the paper after peeling
