Default Are the heat press topics separated from sikscreen

I am just interested in heat press right now, decals, designing anything pertaining to making a beautiful t-shirt using a heat press and decal, any help will be appreciated. some of the fields that I am interested is cheerleading, soccer, softball, sports.
