Question Has anyone seen this transfer??
Has anyone seen this transfer? (I hope I uploaded it okay- it is my first time !! )I looked for it in all the mentioned transfer companies on this forum,with no luck. Thanks for any help you can give me. Kathy in PA

I believe that is a screen printed designs. Nevers aw it available as a transfer.
