I am not sure which ink comes with the Ricoh series...I have the GX7000 and the instructions for using sublimation ink say DO NOT install the OEM carts before installing the sublijet inks..So not sure why. So I am not sure what would be the results in you install OEM carts and then later switch to sublijet. If you are going to try regular transfers first...I think most any of the inkjet transfer paper would work. I would check with your vendor...or try JPSS . Maybe your vendor can tell what the ink makeup is...pigment or dye..
