 Issues printing on polyester/fleece material
can anyone possibly help me here? i am printing on an oversized polyester fleece garment. The issue i am continuosly running into is that after the upper platen of the heat press meets the lower plate, i am left with what looks like a huge square. I have tried elevating the item using a teflon pillow but it still leaves the border.
It appears that what is happening is that the heat is causing the fibers on the mateial to flaten and dislove. This looks horrible.
I am not sure if i should be using less temperature or less or more pressure (using an air assit unit). if anyone has any suggestions please i need your help.
