Default Optimum press time and temp for JPS

I am new to all of this and need to know some basics.

I have an Insta 715 (non-digital) trying to print JPS onto white cotton shirts.

Though I was not taking notes I remember the guy I bought it from telling me to stamp the shirt at 250 for 5 seconds and then to press the design at 250 for 15 seconds. When I went to peel the back off, however, most of the ink came off with it.

What do heat and temps do you all use and is there some sort of database thread for this issue?

Weird thing happened though. I can't see that link in the actual post. So I was quoting you to say "What instructions?" and see the link only when its quoted.

Thanks man.
