| Re: Craft Robo HELP!!!! Hello,
I would recommend that you first turn off the Craft Robo and restart your computer.
If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the software as it may have been corrupted.
Good luck! | |

| Re: Craft Robo HELP!!!! FYI- Graphtec Tech Support will NOT provide customer assistance for their 8.5" Craft Robo cutters. They will only help customers if the dealer contacts them on their behalf. This is one of our big gripes about Graphtec.
Good luck, | |

| Re: Craft Robo HELP!!!! Well, I've been sticking my toe in for awhile and finally bought a craft robo pro from best blanks for $899.00. Ihave been in combat in places around the world but I'm in unfamiliar territory with this cutter. My salesman "Harold" assured me this would be a good choice for my 9 yr old granddaughter & I to learn together with. I also got the t square & logo it and topped it off with some iron on sheets, 8.5x11 and 11x17. I'm printing with my oki 5500 & an epson 1400 with transmagic inks from alpha supply. I also love the dc ht for my 5500. Wish me luck. No doubt, I will be seeking input. Thanks to all you for your comments. I learn much from you. Jim. | |
