Default Please help me.

I am in the process of converting a EPSON 7600 to print my own heat transfers. I am new to this part of the business. I am a screen printer and I am not real familiar with digital side of things. Here are a few things I need answered.

1. What kind of inks should I use? I will printing on 100% cotton and 50/50

2. What kind of heat transfer paper should I use? I prefer to buy it on a roll and not sheets.

Any input will be gladly appreciated.

You need pigmented ink for heat transfer. Oem inks have color shift issue when subjected to heat. Jpss comes in rolls.

Sources:

1) Inkjetcarts.us or inksupply.com for inks
2) tshirtsupplies.com or Coastal buisness for Jpss that comes in rolls.

Luis,

Can it be applied to nylon MMA Board/ Fight Shorts?
Do I need a different kind of materials?

Jpss Activewear is for Nylon and Cotton blends. It is not recommended for 100% cotton. Not usre if it comes in rolls. Check with the vendors website I gave you or send PM to clay@coastal or Mike his ID is tshirtsupplies they are both members.
