Angry eco film question

I have a several different rolls of eco film but when I use the navy blue roll this is the second time that numbers and names are peeling off of the shirt back. My customers said they washed them in cold water and hung them to dry, about 12 shirts of the 25 I did are starting to peel. it is only with this color and Imprintables Wearhouse has replaced it already, what am I doing wrong?

most issues with eco-film have been pressure related. Assuming you are applying to a cotton or polyester garment which are the compatible fabrics - make sure you use a firm pressure and nothing is in the way of the film receiving the pressure.

There should be no reason why you would have to hang them dry. Can you confirm that you used a firm pressure and the heat press is accurate? If so - I would like to see you garment to troubleshoot this.

Jimmy,
Funny you should mention this. I just mailed Josh 2 swatches of navy eco-film on Monday. The swatches are from 2 separate rolls. The first roll I received in March has a matte finish on the adhesive side(i.e. the side that faces up on the cutter). The second roll I received in April has a speckled appearance on the adhesive side and it may be my imagination but the film seems thicker. I hope one is not defective. The shirts I did were all recent so I doubt they've been washed enough to reveal any problems yet. Most of the eco-film I have has the matte finish on the adhesive side. I have a roll of burgundy and dark green that are also speckled. ???

Jimmy,
I still haven't heard from Josh or imprintables. I'm still wondering if there is a difference in the adhesive since the two rolls of navy I had looked so different on the adhesive side. I definitely am not ordering any more until I hear from them. If I ever hear from them. I'm currently testing out the navy digi-cut material. It seems very nice.
