Default epson c120 for transfers

i am doing some reserach before i dip into buying things and i will be new to tshirt making. i have a few questions is this good for somebody new to tshirt making with a press?whats the difference between this printer and ink jet? would this type of printer cost more to make shirts? that kinda info would be great if u all could offer repsonses .thanks

I just bought a c120 printer and just wanted to add that this is an inkjet printer.
So the difference would be between a c120 inkjet and a laser printer.
Maybe someone else can chime in and tell us why one is better than the other for transfers.

One negative thing about the c120 is that you are limited to 8 1/2" width for paper size.
I've only done one transfer with it so far but it came out good.

The epson c-120 is a fine pigment ink based ink jet printer for printing transfers.

so i just get some transfer paper and i can print for tshirts on this printer .i found one for 50 bucks!!! good deal right ?

Not a bad deal but you could have gotten a refurbished one for 32$ shipped off from epsons website. Can't even buy the ink for that much.
