totally lost - epson 1400 to do iron on transfers?

Default totally lost - epson 1400 to do iron on transfers?

the more i read the more lost im getting ok here is the question can i use regular ink that comes with a epson 1400 to do iron on transfers for t-shirts

I'm pretty sure you can... we use our office computers if we have a tiny job and it does just fine.... so I feel pretty confident that the Epson would be fine.

The answer is yes.

There could be arguments about which will give better results (e.g. use this paper or that, a heat press and not an iron, a certain kind of ink, etc.), but "can you do it?" Yes.

remember the ink that comes with the 1400 is Claria ink...water resistant...but it can run if not careful. Suggest using JetPro Softstretch...there is a thread that speaks of this..Pigment ink is better in my opinion.Lewis is right that you "can" do with an iron but you will not get uniform commercial grade results. For family, friends etc...okay..sort of..

The Pro Finish from home would require a good quality heat press... Check out the vendors listed on this site... And remember you get what you pay for!
