I am ordering transfers for a school sports team. If I use first edition, they are a little cheaper, but they don't ship to for 8 days, which by the time I get it, is close to two weeks before I even get the order, then I have to press the shirts. Seems like a long time. If I use Ace, they are a little more expensive (or another company) but they ship much quicker. Just wanted thoughts on what everyone else does.

I could not order transfers ahead of time as I didn't know how many on the team were going to actually order. Is there a better way to do this?

If you include the time to make the transfer in your quoted turnaround time to your customers, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Just let them know that you need their final numbers before you can start production.
