Default Dowling Graphics Custom Plastisol successes?

Hey guys,

I've checked the tags and searched for posts related to this but needed more.
Just wondering how everyone's experience has been with this company as far as custom transfers are concerned, could you please post some pictures of your successful prints?

For those not impressed, what happened?

Thanks

I like Dowling's transfers a lot. I have ordered from them several times, and the only problem I ever had was opacity on a pink order (it was a color they told me did not need white under it, but it did). They reprinted at no charge.

My only beef with them is their setup charges. It's fine if you're doing enough quantity (like 100 sheets of their biggest size, ganged up), but on small orders I can't afford to use them. For small orders I've started using F&M Expressions ... they start at 8 but at that price it isn't worth it, I find 32 or 48 sheets is the sweet spot for me (team shirts etc.)

I don't have any photos to post at the moment, but will try to do so later.

We have distributed their stock designs for many years and have found that the quality has been excellent.

I'd love to hear feedback on Dowling as well! I received a great quote from them to do 10 colours on jumbo sized sheets so am really tempted to go with them. Especially interested in knowing their quality in terms of opacity and multi-colour designs.

Their quality is excellent. It might be a good idea to get a competitive quote from someone like Air Waves.

I just used Dowling for a custom design, 100 pieces, and they apply just fine. Fast service.

I can only judge them based on the samples they sent which I didn't like, they were rubbery and heavy.

Barber, F&M, Instagraphic and M&M also have very large sheets. Of those, F&M probably has the best customer service.

Whoever you use, ask for samples first.

Fast? They have a standard 21 day turnaround, the longest I've found.
