Hey,

I found a used 16x20 Mighty press for $350. I looked up the serial number and it is an older model (produced in 95) but according to the owner, It was bought for a home business, used under 6 hours and the owner got sick and was unable to jump into the business. The press has been in her craft room ever since taking up space.

I also found out that the warranty is transferable which at this point would only cover the Heat Platten since it's older.

I asked the warranty dept if anything has really changed from then to now as far as the construction is concerned and he said not really. I know that these machines are built to last and if the owner is being honest then it seems like the press should be A ok.

I'm awaiting a couple more pictures but was wondering what you guys think? Have any of you known of or operated this press with some years on it?

Sounds like a decent price if your confident that the press has not been used much. The heating element has a lifetime warranty.

Good used one on Ebay will run about $600.00 on up!!
