Best method to transfer: how long before you can fold the pressed t-shirt?
I was just curious about a few things and haven't found a definitive answer.
After pressing a shirt and peeling off the transfer(using a hotpeel) , the shirt cools rather quickly. Can I fold the shirt right away and pack it? Folding seemed to have no effect on the image, no cracking etc.... Should I be waiting a certain amount of time before folding and packing a shirt to mail it?

I press and fold and pack within about 20 minutes . . some times longer, if I'm doing several orders at a time . . I fold and pack each shirt that I am shipping in tissue paper . .

I fold and place in a sack right after printing at shows all the time. I just let it cool to the touch which is less than a couple of minutes, fold, put in a receipt and shirt in sack and give to the customer.

waiting for atleast 5 minutes is a good idea ...as the molecules of ink being fused at very high temperature need a low temperature to gain turgidity. A microscopic view shows a bleed at the margins if folded instantly....thus if you are so particular to ask this i suppose you must be quality maintaing too...
