Default Epson Brand Transfer Paper

Has anyone ever used the actual Epson Transfer Paper that you can buy locally? (I just bought an Epson C88 printer).

Just wondered if this paper would be at all comparable to the "professional" transfer paper?

Thanks!

First of all it is a retail brand and you paya hefty mark-up price. You should use a commercial brand and save your self a ton of money. Sure it would work but why pay the price.

Suz, have you used the printer yet? I was going to buy a C88 this week because of the ink used and it's more in my budget right now. I've heard the DURABrite ink is better than the HP Vivera ink I'm using now.

Thanks

Brand or storebought transfers are generally not really professional grade - they are designed more for the hobbyist or one-time event, and to just be applied with an iron instead of an actual press.
