Default Adhesive to apply transfers onto nylon

Does anyone know where to find an adhesive to use with a transfer (solutions) going onto a nylon material?

We have been racking our brains trying yo get this to work, but the transfers keep peeling off of the nylon. There is a water proof coating of some kind on the nylon and we know that makes a difference, but we have tried several things to get around that and still nothing works.

Any suggestions on where to find an adhesive?

Default Re: Adhesive to apply transfers onto nylon

back in the day the water resisting coating on nylon jackets could be beaten by denatured alcohol. but i have had great success with a product sold by stahls. it is a app pad they sold for their gorilla grip heat applied vinyl. it is a textured grey pad that looks and feels like some wetsuitish rubber. when applying letters and even cut vinyl to jackets this pad is the bomb. it also textures the transfer killing that teltale sheen left by silicone sheets and lets the texture of the pad make the transfer look like a direct print.
