Default temps for spot color-dowling..asap

i'm getting my heat press warmed up and for some reason i can't find the temp/time settings for the samples i received.

i have spot and stock transfers that i'm going to test.

if anyone can help me out right quick that would be good.

thanks

edit: think i found a setting 380 temp for 9 seconds... this is for the plastisol transfers..can anyone confirm
