Re: Help..laser printer unprintable transfer paper
i have no problem printing on the white laser paper...but the dark paper prints good until it reaches about half way of the 11x17 transfer paper then it looks as if it's melting or pealing and the printer has a burning smell. you can feel the residue of the peal or melting....and that same residue is transfered to the other prints there after......I'm afraid i have to return this printer on Monday.......i've lost a weekend of work.....
Re: Help..laser printer unprintable transfer paper
It's possible that the printer is on good condition. I'm not an actual OKI user (Canon CLC) but try and use different paper settings;as in HEAVY1, HEAVY2, TRANSPARENCIES, etc. on our laser (it should be different for the OKI). I think Luis, (Lnfortun) is our resident OKI expert and he will be able to help you on this. He also has a tip on how to clean the drum so that you will not ruin your next print. i'll try and look for that post.
