Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
HI ALL!! i was wondering if theres a specialty transfer paper that doesnt feel like "paper" after its been heat pressed...is there a transfer paper that has a "rubber" "teflon" or "silicone feel after its been pressed? thanks in advance
Ironall would probably be the worst choice of paper for this poster, since it has the least hand (i.e. softest feel) and they want something that feels rubbery.
Some kind of opaque paper would probably be appropriate.
I think most opaque transfers (for dark garments) give that rubbery feel after they are pressed. You can get them to be glossy with a glossy overlay paper (both available from CoastalBusiness.com or other places on this page)
